Little Gymnasts (Boys & Girls)

These classes teach the vital skills of balance, coordination, body awareness, and movement while building strength, flexibility & self-esteem. Your child will have fun and gain self-confidence as he/she learns beginner gymnastics skills. Each week we will work on our tumbling skills, uneven bar skills, and creative strength conditioning. We will rotate weeks of balance beam and springboard training.

Dance & Little Gym
(60 min. class; $70/month)
Mon. 3:45-4:45pm, 4:00-5:00, 5:00-6:00pm, 6:00-7:00pm; Tues. 4:15-5:15pm, 5:15-6:15pm; Wed. 11:30am-12:30pm, 4-5pm, 5-6pm; Thurs. 4:45-5:45pm, 5:45-6:45pm
These introductory classes include 30 minutes of dance and 30 minutes of gymnastics. In the dance room we work on beginner ballet and tap steps, using fun props and choreography to teach students coordination, memorization, and rhythm. Each week in gymnastics, we will work on our tumbling skills and rotate weeks of balance beam, springboard training, uneven bars, and fun equipment! (The monthly fee for this class includes costumes & more for our Winter Showcase and Spring Recital.)

Cheerleading
(60 min. class; $50/month)
Mon. 5:00-6:00pm
This is a class to introduce children to the basics of team cheerleading in a fun environment! We work on the fundamentals of jumps, motions, dance, stunting, and tumbling (front/back rolls, handstands, right & left cartwheels, bridges), while utilizing some of the equipment of a gymnast!

Morning Class for Homeschool Students
(55 min. class; $50/month)
Wed. 10:30-11:25
These classes teach the vital skills of balance, coordination, body awareness, and movement while building strength, flexibility & self-esteem. Your child will have fun and gain self-confidence as he/she learns beginner gymnastics skills. Each week we will work on our tumbling skills, uneven bar skills, and creative strength conditioning. We will rotate weeks of balance beam and springboard training.
This class will also accomidate older homeschooled children, so they can attend classes at the same time.
