These challenging and fun classes concentrate on beginner gymnastics & tumbling skills. Your child will learn skills on the Olympic events of beam, vault, floor, and bars, as well as work on strength & flexibility through other gymnastics activities.

Boys F.A.S.T. Class

(60 min. class; $43/month)

Mon. 6:30-7:30pm; Tues. 4:45-5:45pm; Thurs. 4:45-5:45pm

A class designed for boys and their high activity levels! We work Flexibility, Agility, Strength, and Top speed as we learn listening skills, develop self control, and build concentration. We teach drills that will help coordination, balance, fitness, & overall strength with group activities that encourage teamwork!

Level 2 Gymnastics for Girls

(90 min. class; $51/month)

Mon. 4:30-6pm, 6-7:30pm; Tues. 4:15-5:45pm, 5:45-7:15pm; Thurs. 4-5:30pm

These classes concentrate on intermediate & advanced gymnastics skills, while also introducing your child to our competitive program!

Gymkatz Competitive Gymnastics Team

Back Handsprings

(60 min. class; $43/month)

Tues. 3:45-4:45pm (beginners-advanced); 6:15-7:15pm (beginners); Wed. 3:45-4:45 pm (beginners-advanced)

A class for students who want to learn to tumble! All beginner skills are reviewed weekly (front/back rolls, handstands, right & left cartwheels, back bends, back-walkovers). We then work each week on mastering a back handspring, a round off, and a running round off back handspring. Advanced tumblers will be working on series, tucks, and elite combination passes. All participants must be able to complete beginner tumbling skills before enrolling in this class. This will help ensure a safe training environment and proper skills progression.


(90 min. class; $51/month)

Tues. 5:45-7:15pm

This is a “high energy” class for students who want to learn jumps, motions, dance, stunting, and tumbling – all of the skills that make a great cheerleader! We begin with beginner tumbling skills every week (front/back rolls, handstands, right & Left cartwheels, back bends, back-walkovers, and front limbers) as we progress to our goals of a strong round off and a strong back handspring. This is also a great way to build self-confidence and make new friends through group participation.

Special Olympics Rhythmic Gymnastics

(60 min. class; $43/month)

This class teaches students rhythm, balance, coordination and more by using rhythmic gymnastics equipment (hoop, ribbon, ball, rope, and clubs) and teaching routines set to music. This is a great way to build self-confidence and make new friends!

Our fun Level 1 curriculum combines ballet, tap, jazz & hip hop to improve balance, posture, & grace. We practice basic steps and positions to build flexibility, strength & coordination. We learn turns, positions, leaps, & jumps, with music to improve our rhythm & poise! Students divided by age & experience. The Level 2 class is a progression to more complex steps, turns, and combinations, while Pre-Pointe has an extra half hour dedicated to developing the ankle/feet strength necessary for future Pointe students! The monthly fee for this class covers costumes and associated fees for the year-end recital.
