F.A.S.T. Class for Boys

(60 min. class; $48/month)

A class designed for boys and their high activity levels! We work Flexibility, Agility, Strength, and Tumbling as we learn listening skills, develop self control, and build concentration. We teach drills & skills that will help coordination, balance, fitness, & overall strength with fun group activities that encourage teamwork.




Dance & Gymnastics Combo

(90 minutes class; $79/month)

Mon. 3:45-5:15pm, 5:30-7pm, 6-7:30pm; Tues. 3:30-5pm; Thurs. 4:45-6:15pm, 6-7:30pm

Our Level 1 curriculum combines Ballet and Tap to improve balance, posture, and grace. We practice basic steps, positions, and concepts to build flexibility, strength, and coordination. Students learn turns, leaps, and jumps with music to improve their rhythm and creativity. Class fee includes costumes and more for our Winter Showcase, as well as a Ballet and Tap Dance in the Spring Dance Recital. Each week in gymnastics, we will work on our tumbling skills and rotate weeks of balance beam, springboard training, uneven bars, and fun equipment!




Gymnastics for Girls - Level 1

(60 min. class; $48/month)

These challenging and fun classes concentrate on beginner gymnastics & tumbling skills. Your child will learn skills on the Olympic events of beam, vault, floor, and bars, as well as work on strength & flexibility through other gymnastics activities.




Gymnastics Team (Competitive)

(2 hours and 45 minutes + class; $69-101/month)

Mon. 4:30-7:15pm; Tues. 4-6:45pm; Thurs. 4:30-7:15pm

For gymnasts who have completed at least one year in the Junior GymKatz program and have all of their current level USA Gymnastics skills. GymKatz will travel to competitions that are held by our local AAU gymnastics league!




Gymnastics for Girls - Level 2

(1 hour and 45 minutes class; $61/month)

Mon. 4:00-5:45pm, 5:45-7:30pm; Wed. 4-5:45pm; Thurs. 4-5:45pm, 5:45-7:30pm

This class is for the gymnast who is at least 6 years old and has a strong pullover (feet together) on the uneven bars, a strong bridge up kick-over on the floor, an opposite cartwheel, and an advanced lever on the balance beam. Must be evaluated by a lead instructor. In class we concentrate on intermediate & advanced gymnastics skills!




Gymnastics Junior Team (Competitive)

(1 hour and 45 minutes class; $71/month)

Same as Level 2 Gymnastics for Girls

This is an introduction to our competitive program for gymnasts, not a separate class. Gymnasts will attend the Level 2 class of their choice PLUS come once per month to a specially scheduled class to learn and perfect competition routines. Gymnasts will then compete at the level they have mastered on all four Olympic events.




Tumbling - Back Handsprings & More!

(60 min. class; $48/month)

Mon. 7:15-8:15pm; Wed. 4:05-5:05pm; 5:05-6:05pm; Thurs. 7:15-8:15pm

A class for students who want to learn to tumble! All beginner skills are reviewed weekly (front/back rolls, handstands, right & left cartwheels, back bends, back-walkovers). We then work each week on mastering a back handspring, a round off, and a running round off back handspring. Advanced tumblers will be working on series, tucks, and elite combination passes. All participants must be able to complete beginner tumbling skills before enrolling in this class. This will help ensure a safe training environment and proper skills progression.




Special Olympics Rhythmic Gymnastics

(45-60 minutes class; $48/month)

This class teaches students rhythm, balance, coordination and more by using rhythmic gymnastics equipment (hoop, ribbon, ball, rope, and clubs) and teaching routines set to music. This is a great way to build self-confidence and make new friends!




Dance for Levels 1, 2, 3

(60-90 minutes class; $73-86/month)

Level 1: Mon. 4:30-5:30pm; Wed. 4-5pm; Level 2: Tues. 4:30-5:45pm, or Thurs. 5:30-6:45pm; Level 3: Tues. 5:45-7:15pm

Our fun curriculum combines ballet, tap, jazz & hip hop to improve balance, posture, & grace. Level 1 students practice basic steps and positions to build flexibility, strength & coordination, as well as learn turns, positions, leaps, & jumps, with music to improve rhythm & poise! Dance teachers will determine when a student is ready to move into a Level 2 or Level 3 class to work on more advanced steps, combinations, and progressions. The monthly fee for these classes includes costumes and more for our Winter Showcase and Spring Recital.




Cheerleading (4th grade and up)

(90 min. class; $59/month)

Mon. 5:30-7pm

This is a class to work on the basics of team cheerleading in a fun environment! We work on the fundamentals of jumps, motions, dance, stunting, and tumbling (front/back rolls, handstands, right & left cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings), while utilizing some of the equipment of a gymnast!
